Service and booking terms
A Felix Suite can be your second home, right at the city center. It offers everything you need from pleasent/nice short to long stays. A room cleaning is scheduled after the third night, when your total stay is 4 to 6 days. In case you are staying longer than 7 days a weekly cleaning takes place. You can book an additional cleaning at only 25 EUR anytime.
Children up to 3 years sleep free of charge in the Felix Suites (crib free of charge, on request and subject to availability). From 4-12 years 10 €/night will be charged, from 13 years 20 €/night (per additional person in the suite from 2 persons).
Dogs are very welcome in our Felix Suites.
For a stay of up to 6 nights, we will charge unique 25 € for your dog. From a stay of 7 nights we charge 25 € per week.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Felix restaurant or on the roof terrace.

In our Felix Restaurant you can help yourself as a house guest to a rich breakfast buffet incl. hot drinks and juices for 17,50 €/person every day from 7 - 11 am.
For 10 €/person you can get a day pass at the John Reed gym just a few steps away from your suite.
To make your stay in our hotel as comfortable as possible, we ask you to note our house rules and pass them on to all fellow travelers.
