Service and booking terms
A Felix Suite can be your second home, right at the city center. It offers everything you need from pleasent/nice short to long stays. A room cleaning is scheduled after the third night, when your total stay is 4 to 6 days. In case you are staying longer than 7 days a weekly cleaning takes place. You can book an additional cleaning at only 25 EUR anytime.
Children up to 3 years sleep free of charge in the Felix Suites (crib free of charge, on request and subject to availability). From 4-12 years 10 €/night will be charged, from 13 years 20 €/night (per additional person in the suite from 2 persons).
The Felix reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 7 am to 11 pm.

For the perfect start to the day, we offer you our balanced breakfast buffet. You are welcome to join our breakfast buffet including hot drinks and juices for 15 € per person from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 12 pm and on the weekend from 8 am to 12 pm.
For 10 €/person you can get a day pass at the John Reed gym just a few steps away from your suite.
To make your stay in our hotel as comfortable as possible, we ask you to note our house rules and pass them on to all fellow travelers.
